/ October 11, 2012For John, those who grasp (Greek elabon) the Word receive the authority (Greek exousia) to become the sons of God (John 1:12).
For Lehi / Nephi, the word (1 Nephi 11:25) is also emphatically something to be grasped (1 Nephi 8:24, 30). Grasping it, you are led through the strait and narrow path to the tree of life (1 Nephi 8:20).
