A new academic journal focusing on Mormon scripture has been launched. (I’m on the board of editors.) The first article is online now.
I look forward to reading the article and the journal. I have made a contribution to the journal (they have a donations heading), and I recommend that other like minded individuals do so as a show of support for the former editors and writers of the Maxwell Institute. Louis C. Midgley is one of my all time favorite authors, and I hope he will publish more of his work in the new journal. By the way, as a long time and current subscriber to the Maxwell Institute I have yet to receive any information from them about either a refund of my current subscription or discussion of the new directions the Institute intends to go.
I too am looking forward to the new journal and diverting my contributions towards this new adventure.
